SMBClogoTransSmWelcome to Strathearn Mountain Biking Club

We're based at Comrie Croft between Crieff and Comrie in Perthshire, where we are developing a mountain biking trail centre with Comrie Croft Bikes. It all started with some hand-cut trails and there is a Blue XC Trail and a Red XC trail, with sections that are technical and possibly a bit harder than other reds in Scotland, and a downhill Black XC secion from the top of the Red which is very techy. But now we have a Bike Park, a superb new downhill Blue free-ride Trail and newly opened this year (2015) an extension to the Red Trail in the upper wood! 16kms of fab trails at the croft - plus all the other great natural trails to be found in the Strathearn valley.

SMBC Christmas get together Movie Night

December 13, 2016, 7:30pm

Hi y'all club members. We are going to have a Christmas get together this year, to watch the fantastic Untold Story of British Mountain Biking movie, have some refreshments, and generally not throw ourselves down steep hills in the dark for a wee change.
This will be held at Comrie Croft, in the cowshed, which is adjacent to the BARN, in which we will also be holding the unoffical club championship Bunny Hop contest and Wheelie Challenge.

Everyone is welcome to come along, Adults, Juniors, Friends, total strangers, the more the merrier, BYOB although we will see if we can raid the coffers for some munchies.
Start time will be 7.30, shout here if you would like to come along and we can try and arrange some lift shares etc.
Who fancies it??
